THE A LA CARTE
DINNER PARTY MENU

A fine dining experience in your own home. 

For the personal chef experience, on the menu below, you choose three mini starters, one main course and three mini desserts. Each guest gets all three starters and three desserts. We accommodate any specific dietary requirements, vegetarians or vegans.

All you have to do is lay the table!

To Start

Please choose three from the below. Each guest will receive all three mini starters.

Warm Goat Cheese, Honey and Truffle dressing

Fennel, carrot, celery salad, orange dressing with tempura skate cheeks
Tiger prawn and chilli ravioli, spring onion and coriander

Fresh hen crab risotto, baby clams

Wild mushroom stuffed avocado 

Mini chicken,shellfish and saffron paella

Smoked salmon toastie, poached quails eggs

Curried celeriac soup, crab bhaji, saffron yoghurt
Sea scallop, pea purée, cumin foam
Smoked haddock and crab cottage pie
Baby back ribs with maple syrup and soy
Duck and chicken liver parfait port glaze

For Main

Fresh fillet of halibut, prawn crust

Tandoori spiced monkfish, vegetable rice, coriander dip

Breast of chicken,Roquefort cheese stuffing,bacon and pea sauce
Lamb three ways-Rosti topped Lancashire hotpot,herb and garlic crumb belly and blue cheese cutlet

Fillet of salmon, peppers and scallops 
Best end of lamb,Shiraz and garlic sauce
Slow roast duck honey and soy

Scottish beef fillet cafe de Paris butter
Five hour cooked shoulder of lamb mint jus
Sea bass fillet in butter puff pastry,chive and asparagus butter sauce  

Breast of chicken wild mushrooms and port
Sirloin Steak, with black peppercorn and brandy sauce 


Vegetarian & Vegan 
Red lentil curry, pandas wrapped rice, mango and chilli salsa
Mediterranean vegetable timbale tomato and fresh Italian herb sauce
Fresh beetroot patties mache and rocket salad hummus

All served with selection of fresh vegetables and potatoes
