THE INTERACTIVE DINNER PARTY

We host small private gatherings at our school in Shoeburyness. These are Dinner parties for 6-9 guests with part of the evening or lunch demonstrating how to cook part of your chosen meal. Included in the drinks package is a cocktail on arrival and a glass of wine to accompany each course.​ Further drinks available to purchase.

THE A LA CARTE MENU

A fine dining experience in your own home. 

 

For the personal chef experience, on the menu below, you choose one starter, one main course and three mini desserts. Each guest gets all three desserts. We accommodate any specific dietary requirements, vegetarians or vegans.

To Start

​

​Warm Fresh crab and mustard soufflé
Tiger prawn and lemon ravioli,seafood sauce,chervil oil
Sea scallops,straw potatoes,haggis and apple purée
Salmon three ways-pink grapefruit marinated,cream cheese smoked salmon and dill pate,rice paper rolls
Potted gammon,peppered pineapple relish,brioche toast
Roquefort,endive,olive,cherry tomato and pecan salad
Ceviche of sea bass,salmon and avocado,lime and tomato salsa
Smoked haddock,spinach and poached egg tart,watercress hollandaise,Parmesan
Triple prawn cocktail -Atlantic prawns,king prawns,tiger prawns,pickled cucumber,lemon grass gel
Crispy duck and cucumber salad,organic honey,chilli and coriander sauce

Wild mushroom pate,sourdough toast (vegetarian)

Rice paper rolls with salmon and beetroot

Triple lamb-minted Lamb cutlet,lamb belly strips,Lancashire hotpot
Breast of chicken,rosti potato,wild mushrooms,port sauce
Fillet of halibut,queen scallops,caviar,chives
Sole and lobster wellington
Fillet of beef,cafe de Paris butter
Triple pork -belly with cider and apple,loin with mushroom stuffing.maple and cumin ribs
Beef short rib,crispy celeriac,rich Shiraz sauce,fresh grated horseradish
Fillet of cod,pancetta,lemon sauce,samphire

 

Vegetarian & Vegan
Mediterranean vegetable timbale,tomato and oregano sauce (vegetarian & vegan)
Spinach,celeriac,and truffle ravioli with goat cheese (vegetarian)
Butternut squash,miso and red onion Tarte tatin with mascarpone and crispy sage (vegetarian)

All served with selection of fresh vegetables and potatoes
